Do you set up IT for new offices in Dubai?
Yes. We plan and install everything a new office needs, including cabling, network equipment, Wi-Fi, printers and workstations. Tell us your move-in date early, so the network is ready when your team arrives.
Do you offer annual IT support contracts?
Yes. An annual maintenance contract covers regular check-ups and help when something goes wrong, for a fixed yearly price. We can also help on a one-off basis if you prefer.
Can you fix slow or patchy office Wi-Fi?
Usually, yes. Weak Wi-Fi is often caused by the position or number of access points, interference or old equipment. We check the office, find the cause and recommend the fix in writing.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes, we work across the UAE. For on-site work such as cabling and installations, tell us the location so we can plan the visit.
