This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit wayzcore.com or get in touch with us, why we need it, who else handles it and what you can ask us to do with it. We have kept it short and in plain English.

1. Who we are
This website is run by Wayz Core Technologies L.L.C. (ويز كور للتكنولوجيا ذ.م.م), which trades as WayzCore. We are a Dubai company with Dubai DET Commercial Licence No. 1625517. Our office is at Office 314, Al Khaleej Center, Al Mankhool Road, Dubai, UAE.
In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Wayz Core Technologies L.L.C. “You” means anyone who visits this website or contacts us. We decide how and why your personal information is used, so we are responsible for looking after it.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: the kind of help you need, the service, your budget range and when you want to start, plus your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name (optional) and your message.
- Callback request: the phone or WhatsApp number you enter in the form at the bottom of each page, so we can call you back.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: your name, number or email address and whatever you write or tell us when you message or call us.
- When you work with us: the company and billing details we need for a quote, contract or invoice, and any files you share for your project.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours runs on a server that keeps basic logs of each visit. A log entry can include your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, the page that linked you here and the type of browser and device you use. We do not use these logs to work out who you are. They help keep the website running and secure.
Information we do not ask for
We do not ask for sensitive information such as health details, religious beliefs or biometric data, so please do not include it in a form or message. We do not take card payments on this website.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your message or call you back.
- To understand what you need and send you a written quote.
- To deliver the work we agree with you and support you afterwards.
- To send invoices and keep the business and tax records the law asks for.
- To keep the website, our email and our systems safe, for example by filtering spam sent through our forms.
We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
4. Our legal basis, in plain words
The law only lets us use your personal information when there is a good reason for it. These are ours:
- You asked us to. When you send a form or a message, you share your details so that we can answer you. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will stop using your details for that purpose.
- A contract with you. We need some details to prepare a quote, agree the work and carry it out.
- A legal duty. We must keep certain records, such as invoices, and may have to share information when a court or government authority lawfully asks for it.
- Keeping things safe. Where the law allows, we use basic technical information to protect the website and our systems from misuse.
5. Who else handles your information
We share personal information only with the services we use to run the business, and only the part each one needs.
- Hostinger, our web host. It stores the website, runs the contact and callback forms and keeps the server logs.
- Our email provider. It carries and stores the emails we send and receive, including the messages from our forms.
- WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta. It carries your messages when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy.
- Advisers and authorities. Our accountant or lawyer when we need their help, or a court or government authority when the law requires it.
If we start using another service that handles personal information, we will add it to this list.
6. Information sent outside the UAE
Some of these services store or process information on servers in other countries. Email and WhatsApp messages, for example, can pass through servers around the world. When your information leaves the UAE, we use established providers that publish how they protect it, and we share only what is needed.
If you would prefer your enquiry to pass through fewer services, you are welcome to call our office or visit us instead.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it.
- Enquiries that do not go ahead: we keep the conversation while it is open and for a reasonable time after, in case you come back to us, and then delete it.
- Clients: we keep project and billing records while we work together, and afterwards for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business and tax records.
- Server logs: our web host keeps these for a limited time under its own policy and then removes them.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or make sure it can no longer be linked to you.
8. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:
- Show you your information: tell you what we hold about you, why we hold it and who we have shared it with, and give you a copy.
- Correct it: fix details that are wrong or out of date.
- Delete it: erase information we no longer need or have no right to keep.
- Stop or limit using it: object to a particular use, or pause it while a concern is looked into.
- Move it: send your information to you or to another company in a common format, where this applies.
- Withdraw your consent: where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not change what we did before.
Some rights have limits. For example, we may have to keep an invoice because the law says so. If we cannot do what you ask, we will tell you why.
How to ask
Email info@wayzcore.com with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you would like us to do. You can also call +971 4 286 8693 or write to our office. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we never hand your information to the wrong person. We will reply within the time the law allows.
If you are not happy with our answer, you also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office.
9. Cookies and outside services
This website does not set any cookies. At the moment it does not use analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking tools. Our fonts and icons are stored on our own server, so loading them does not contact another company.
A few parts of the site connect you to outside services, each with its own privacy policy:
- Photos: some pages show photos that load from Unsplash's image server (images.unsplash.com). As with any web request, Unsplash can see your IP address and basic browser details when your browser fetches a photo.
- Google Maps: our map links open Google Maps in a new tab. Nothing loads from Google until you click one.
- WhatsApp: our WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp or its website. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you tap a button, and your message only goes once you press send.
If we decide to add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
10. How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), messages from our forms go straight to our business mailbox, and only the people who need your details to help you can see them. We use strong passwords and keep the website's software up to date.
No website or email system can be made completely secure, so we cannot promise that information sent over the internet will never be lost or seen by others. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will act to contain it and will tell you and the authorities where the law requires.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, our services or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If an update affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly where we can.
